Welcome to my profile!
Go check out my diary entries if you're interested in learning a few fun facts about me! I would've put everything here, but the 1000-character limit was simply too short.
I always accept friend requests, and I love chatting about horses (and other topics of interest, some listed in my diary), so feel free to message me!
I'm actively looking for a horse (breed/color/sex doesn't matter) who is well-trained, preferably for show jumping, but that's not a deal breaker. If you have what I'm looking for and you're willing to sell (I can buy multiple horses as well), please reach out! I have a very flexible budget.

🔓 About me!
Me & My Animals
I'm an equestrian based on the West Coast! As of now, I own two horses - a 16-year-old (retired) and a 5-year-old (my hunter prospect). Both are OTTBs, which are by far my favorite kinds of horses!
I myself have done English riding for 95% of the time I've been in the saddle. While I used to want to pursue a career in show jumping, my current mare is a much better fit for hunters or EQ. I'm taking it slow with her, but she's shown so much progress the past year she's been in training with me - and she only retired from the track a little over a year ago! I'm so proud of her.
My gelding was a saint as well, but unfortunately he injured himself in a turnout (comminuted fracture - left front pastern) in April 2025, and now I just hand walk him every day. It was a hail Mary surgery, and he had a low chance of survival, but he's still up and kicking - literally. He's very stubborn and strong-willed, but that's how he pulled through.
Upon that, I own three dogs: a Golden Retriever x Black Lab x German Shepherd mix, a Husky x Boxer cross, and a Dalmatian. I also own a cat, who is a domestic medium hair. I love them all to death, even if the dogs get loud sometimes (a lot of the time).
My Interests
Horses
First and foremost, I LOVE paints and pintos, it's not even funny. My best friend owns a dark bay tobiano AES gelding, and he's sooo incredibly handsome - and that's his nickname, actually! Mr. Handsome. She and I are planning on eventually breeding him (using his straws, collected by the previous owner before he was gelded) and my mare (using an embryo transfer and a surrogate). Of course, it's obviously a very expensive plan, which is why we're waiting for the right time!
I could go on and on about all the coat colors and horse breeds I like, but for the sake of not boring anyone who reads this, I have narrowed it down! I'm a sucker for darker horses with white markings/chrome. I've always loved them, even though I'm a bit biased now: my mare is seal brown with a thick, crooked blaze and three knee-high socks. It was love at first sight, I'm telling you. I also really love liver chestnuts, despite not being the biggest fan of the brighter orange shades. Chestnuts aren't my least favorite, as I really love a good chestnut paint, but they're fairly low on the list.
My favorite horse breed is, as stated far above in the first section, the Thoroughbred! Specifically, ex-racers. Some of my favorite racehorses are Storm Cat, Empire Maker, Nightmarch, Union Rags, Alphabet Soup, Havre de Grace, and Epicenter! Of course, there's a pretty long list of more, but alas, I won't go on a rant about them. I do like to watch show jumping a lot (mainly Grand Prix events) and sometimes Cross Country (CCI3-CCI5), but I'm much less acquainted with those riders and horses.
Music
I will generally listen to a bunch of different genres of music, but my favorites are hard rock and metal (and anything in between). My all-time favorite band is Linkin Park, and they're one of the only artists I know every single song by. Literally, every. single. one. One of the others is Powerman 5000, who I used to be utterly obsessed with (and admittedly, still am). The third one is Unleash The Archers, who might I add have THE BEST female lead singer ever, Brittney Slayes. She's got such a powerful vocal range and overall a strong stage presence. If someone were to ask who my celebrity crush is, I'd say her name in a heartbeat.
Another, more recent favorite is Five Finger Death Punch - I much prefer their heavier, faster songs, but all in all, I've never heard a song of theirs that I don't like. One of the first deathcore bands I ever got into was Slaughter to Prevail, and while I know very limited Russian, I still love their songs. Similarly, I don't speak German, nor do I understand it, but I'm a proud fan of Rammstein. I have picked up a few words and phrases from listening to either band, but that's about it haha! Lately, I've been more interested in symphonic metal - namely, Nightwish, an incredibly successful and influential band.
Movies / TV shows
I've seen a lot of great movies and TV shows, each with its own pros and cons, but there are very few I'd actually say are my favorites. First and foremost, one of the first horror movies I ever watched, Chernobyl Diaries - I love movies that are (at least partially) based on true events, and this is the film that sparked my interest. It's obviously got a good deal of fiction weaved into it, but even then, the producers did such a good job on it. Another favorite of mine is The Others, one of the best psychological horror movies I've ever seen. The plot twist was insane, and it's one of those movies you can only truly watch once, like The Sixth Sense. Welcome To Derry has also quickly become a well-liked show for me. I've always been a big fan of anything related to IT, so when I heard they were making a show, to say I was excited would be a severe understatement.
I'm also a bit of a sucker for sitcoms. Modern Family was the first one I ever watched, which was so amazing, then The Middle, and currently, Superstore! There are a few others I want to watch, but due to not having the browsing apps to stream them, I can't. One of my all-time favorite shows has got to be Falling Skies, but I also have a huge love-hate relationship with it. I could rant on and on about how much the final two seasons (4 & 5) sucked, but I'll just leave it at this - imagine the first 3 seasons for me. They're personal, well-paced, and it feels like you're not a spectator, but experiencing everything alongside the characters. Every single aspect is carefully planned, and all the details tie together. Now, throw all of that out the window and walk in the complete opposite direction - impersonal, rushed, irrelevant events, a random forbidden love triangle, forced drama due to a struggle to maintain tension... I was very disappointed when I finished it, but at least the entire show wasn't a flop.
Hobbies
If you couldn't tell from the sheer amount of words you've read, I love to write. While it hasn't been a life-long interest of mine, I've really come to it in recent years, sometimes wanting nothing more than to type for hours on end. I've written a few short stories for fun, and they're currently locked away somewhere in my notes app. Sure, I'm not the best writer out there, but my ability has improved significantly.
I also really love to read, though I'm pretty picky about what I like. The Beyonders has been a long-time favorite trilogy of mine, and while it's been a few years since I've actually read it, it hasn't once lost its place on the imaginary podium. I love fantasy, horror, and sci-fi, very similar to the movies/shows I like. I do sometimes enjoy IF as well, but again, I'm fairly picky on which ones I'll read. RPGs are also fun, although there's only one I actively play - Fallen London - and I really only check in on it every other day, but it's interesting and super high quality.
I'm a huge fan of military-style games/FPS - Call of Duty is an obvious one, as well as Hell Let Loose, R6S, Arma, Ready or Not, and the SWAT franchise. My most recent play was Black Ops 7, which I just finished the other day! Next on my list is Uncharted, which I've been due to play for a few years now since I first got it.
