Riverton has many different opportunities to make a career for yourself or, maybe, just cash for now.

Temp Jobs at the Temp Agency

The Temp Agency is available as a route to earn a paycheck once per day. After you complete the first two jobs, you'll receive random fetch jobs every day if you complete them.

Jobs won't reset at the end of the day, so you have to complete the job before you'll get another one from Jim.

Litter Picker at the Recycling Center

Apparently, the garbage trucks in Riverton have been broken down for a while. The Recycling Center has started hiring freelance litter-pickers to go around to the dumpsters in Riverton and collect the garbage bags that have accumulated there. Just drop off the trash bags at the Recycling Center. Max is going to be thrilled! Well, as thrilled as someone who never shows emotion can be.

Farmer at Your Farm

You can buy seeds at the Farm Supply for quite cheap, and harvesting crops will usually get a return of 5 crops. You can sell them directly from your Inventory or you can sell them on the Trading Market. Since most crops are unavailable for purchase in stores, you would have to buy or grow them in order to cook Recipes that include those ingredients.

Chef at Your Kitchen

Once you've harvested your crops or purchased them from others, you can make dishes in your Kitchen. These dishes have various attributes that are valuable. Some dishes might help raise stats temporarily, mood, health, or other aspects of your pets that can give you an advantage in certain situations!

Shopkeeper at the Flea Market

You can set up your very own shop in the Flea Market and manage a store of items you choose. You can set prices or quantities. You can even use the shop as your very own item gallery, if you'd like! Whatever kind of store you want to own, it's possible in Riverton.

Cashier at Totes a d'Orb Boba Cafe

A Boba Cafe opened recently, offering a Taiwanese-Japanese dining experience for Rivertonians. With their opening came a job available for a part-time cashier: you'll take orders from customers and deliver entered orders. Your pay is determined by their level of patience when the order is delivered. While the money isn't great, it's a limitless way to earn a paycheck in Riverton. Working at Totes a d'Orb is required for earning the Boba Barista Collection, which you can view in My Collections.

Other minigames

Most, if not all, the minigames around Riverton will reward you with cash in some way. Cheat, while not exactly a job, can be played enough to make a career out of it--just ask those city-slickers in Vegas! Picnic Puzzle also has a payout depending on your score, and you gain prizes from successfully guessing the number in Higher or Lower.
